Meeting Information
The Board of Directors for Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 86 meets each month at the 16732 Ella Blvd, Houston, Tx 77090. Meetings are typically held at 10:30 a.m. on the first Friday of the month, and are open to the public. The Board welcomes and encourages District residents to attend.
Residents of the district have the right to request the designation of a meeting location within the district under Section 49.062(g), Water Code. A description of this process can be found at (https://www.tceq.texas.gov/downloads/water-districts/forms/form-20863.pdf).
